Ramp at CITY PARK in CADIZ. This is where the Little River empties into or becomes BARKLEY LAKE. In fact the last time I checked the STATE considers this Little River Bay of BARKLEY LAKE upstream to the first riffle. Till then Barkley Lake rules and regulations APPLY! CHECK THE GUIDE!
