Stoner Creek Description

Access:N of courthouse in Paris (1 block) to Second Street (W); right at 1st stop light on Houston Street; follow to Stoner Creek. Stoner Creek drains central Bourbon County and runs north through Paris to its confluence with Hinkston Creek. Runnable from November to mid-June north of Paris and December through April south of Paris, Stoner Creek flows through some of the world’s most famous thoroughbred horse farms. Stoner creek is in paris KY the ramp in town is called Ikes ramp.

Stoner Creek Stud was an American Thoroughbred horse breeding farm near Paris, Kentucky owned by Chicago businessman John D. Hertz and his wife, Fannie Kesner Hertz (1881-1963).
